You can build your website using a number of different methods.

Yo could teach yourself HTML or coding this is good to do but to get to the stage 
where your actually able to build a fully fnctional website could take a long time.

Website software like Wix or Weebly allow you to use a drag and drop editor.

This basically means that you would drop content blocks into a page, then you add text or images.

WordPress is similar to a WYSIWYG editor (What You See Is What You Get).

The difference with wordprress is that it allows you to customise your site in so many ways
